Founded in 2017, FARR Ed (Future Academic Resource Results in Education) represents the evolution of our founder's and her late husband's philanthropic commitment to education. Drawing from her extensive experiences in both public and private education, and her active involvement in various educational organizations, she recognized the urgent need to expand school choices for parents. FARR Ed was established to provide essential financing to bridge the gap between traditional lender offerings and the schools' actual needs. FARR Ed seeks to lead or participate in the financing of facilities for charter schools who are looking to build new, or renovate existing, facilities to meet enrollment needs. With $10 million in committed equity capital our goal is to build a diversified portfolio of first mortgage, subordinate note and working lines of capital in a variety of schools and elevate the standard for education in select communities.

Beyond funding, FARR Ed serves as a "resource for resources" connecting schools with service providers, education professionals, community leaders, and political advocates. We are more than a lender; we are a steadfast partner in every school's journey.
